Shipping policy

All products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Orders are printed and shipped from the nearest available fulfilment facility — European Union, United Kingdom, or United States — depending on your delivery address and product type.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, regardless of order value or destination.

Production Time

Most orders enter production within 2–5 business days of payment. Production times may be longer during peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, end-of-year holidays).

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided for all orders once shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Customs & Import Duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices. We are unable to predict or control these charges.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, undeliverable, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Re-shipment to a corrected address may incur an additional shipping fee.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@shopupl.com. We will investigate with the carrier. Claims for lost orders must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
