Refund policy

All products at United Print League are made to order (print-on-demand). Each item is custom-printed specifically for you after your order is placed.

Custom Product Exemption — EU & EEA Customers

Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or that by their nature cannot be returned. All our products are printed individually on demand and cannot be restored to a resalable condition once produced. Accordingly, cancellations and returns are not possible once production has started.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible before production begins — typically within 1–2 hours of placing your order. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at hello@shopupl.com with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellation once production has started.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, we will send a free replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

Your order number
A clear photo showing the issue

We will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Size

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection. Please carefully review the size guide on each product page before ordering. Size guides include measurements in both cm and inches.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only where a replacement is not possible (e.g. product discontinued). Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of our confirmation.
